Lawyer focused in labor law, specializing in constitutional law, and experience advising national and international companies on the comprehensive management of individual and collective labor relations.
He has worked at national law firms with presence in different regions of the country, providing services to national and international clients, offering specialized consulting and representation in court proceedings before various authorities.
He has participated in the design and implementation of internal policies related to hiring, disciplinary measures, modification of working conditions, compliance with profit sharing, drafting of internal work regulations, employer substitution processes, as well as in the handling and compliance with inspections in the areas of safety and hygiene, training, general conditions, among others.
He has experience in the implementation of subcontracting schemes, as well as in obtaining and renewing the Registry of Specialized Service Providers or Specialized Works (REPSE).
In addition, he has participated in the execution of high-profile termination processes and represented national and international companies in labor lawsuits before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards and Labor Courts.
