PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Edgar Zozaya has extensive experience as a specialist in litigation and consulting in labor matters with more than 7 years in practice representing the business sector, nationally and internationally, in the banking industry, chemical pharmaceutical, automotive, insurance, research and measurement of audiences, private security, manufacturing, mining, bottling, among others.
He has participated in individual and collective negotiations of great importance, which has allowed him to have a strategic approach in the prevention and resolution of disputes, with extensive experience in the drafting of all types of contracts and documents for the regulation of labor-management relations.
