Purposes: Your data will be processed in order to make recruitment and selection decisions; make evaluations for hiring; employment research; request personal and employment references; compile candidate files; maintain communication with you during the recruitment and selection process. If your profile does not match any of our immediate vacancies, we will retain your data for one year and then securely delete it.
Data communications - Basham may transfer your personal data to affiliates, subsidiaries or companies related to Basham solely for the purposes mentioned above.
Security measures - Basham has adopted the necessary administrative, technical and physical security measures within its reach to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.
