PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
César Augusto's professional practice has focused on litigation and consultancy in constitutional and administrative matters, performing the following activities:
i) Study of cases submitted for his consideration by national and international clients to determinethe nature of the problem and propose solutions to it.
ii) Development of defense strategy.
iii) Representation of national and international clients in constitutional and legal defenses againstacts of federal and local authorities (UIF, CNBV, PROFEPA, CONAGUA, SAT, COFEPRIS, IMSS,SEMARNAT, IFT, INAI, SENER, Federal and State Secretariats, among others).
iv) Representation of clients before District Courts, Collegiate Courts, and the Supreme Court ofJustice of the Nation in constitutional trials regarding legal reforms or general acts.
v) Handling of review and audit proceedings by federal and local authorities regardingadministrative/regulatory and social security obligations.
vi) Handling of pro bono, national and international matters.
