PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
In addition to corporate matters, public finances, and commercial law, Remedios Martinez has participated in the incorporation of trusts of different natures to work as foreign investment vehicles in Mexico. She worked in the bidding process of different companies involving certain industries and has been part of the execution of structured credit agreements, as well as other corporate financ- ing strategies for international and Mexican companies.
