{"id":11254,"date":"2020-03-23T19:33:54","date_gmt":"2020-03-23T19:33:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.basham.com.mx\/?p=11254"},"modified":"2020-03-23T19:33:54","modified_gmt":"2020-03-23T19:33:54","slug":"suspension-de-plazos-en-algunos-procedimientos-de-la-cofece","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/basham.com.mx\/en\/suspension-of-deadlines-in-some-procedures-of-the-cofece\/","title":{"rendered":"SUSPENSION OF DEADLINES IN SOME COFECE PROCEDURES."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On March 19, 2020, the Plenary of the Federal Antitrust Commission (\"COFECE\") issued the Agreement by which it resolved that the deadlines of certain proceedings before the COFECE (the \"Agreement\") will not run.<\/p>\n<p>By means of such Agreement, COFECE determined that as of March 23 and until April 17, 2020, the deadlines and terms of some procedures processed before COFECE will not run, without this implying the closing of COFECE's offices, which will maintain their regular business hours.
