{"id":12399,"date":"2020-06-01T22:05:56","date_gmt":"2020-06-01T22:05:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.basham.com.mx\/?p=12399"},"modified":"2020-06-01T22:05:56","modified_gmt":"2020-06-01T22:05:56","slug":"acuerdo-del-pleno-sobre-suspension-de-plazos-legales-para-algunos-procedimientos-tramitados-ante-la-cofece","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/basham.com.mx\/en\/acuerdo-del-pleno-sobre-suspension-de-plazos-legales-para-algunos-procedimientos-tramitados-ante-la-cofece\/","title":{"rendered":"Agreement of the Plenary on the suspension of legal deadlines for certain proceedings before COFECE."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, 1ero de junio de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El 29 de mayo la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Competencia (\u201cCOFECE\u201d) public\u00f3 <em>el Acuerdo de suspensi\u00f3n de plazos legales para algunos procedimientos tramitados ante la COFECE<\/em> (\u201cCuarto Acuerdo de Suspensi\u00f3n\u201d) acordado en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria del 25 de mayo de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>El pleno de la COFECE acord\u00f3 que del 1 al 12 de junio del 2020 no correr\u00e1n los plazos ni t\u00e9rminos de los procedimientos tramitados ante la COFECE, salvo los se\u00f1alados en los siguientes puntos, por lo que la suspensi\u00f3n se levanta hasta el lunes 15 de junio de 2020.
