IMSS: PRESENTATION OF THE DIGITAL OPINION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Technical Council of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), published the formats for the presentation of the report by an authorized public accountant, through the IMSS Electronic Report System (SIDEIMSS).<\/p>\n

On July 13, 2017, Agreement \"ACDO.SA2.HCT.280617\/149.P.DIR\" was published in the Official Journal of the Federation, whereby. as of January 1, 2018<\/u>Employers and obligated parties must use the formats contained in the SIDEIMSS, for the presentation of the report by an authorized public accountant for the 2017 fiscal year.<\/p>\n

These forms will be used by public accountants to activate their registration in this system and upload the information of the audited employer, as well as the opinion of the opinion, among other aspects.<\/p>\n

The construction and mandatory reports for more than one fiscal year shall be filed in the SIDEIMSS and before the corresponding Subdelegation.<\/p>\n
