PEMEX LOGISTICS OPEN SEASON 1.2<\/strong><\/p>\n

On January 9, 2018, Pemex Log\u00edstica announced the start of open season 1.2, whose purpose is to allow those interested in participating to contract PEMEX's available capacity in the Storage and Transportation System by pipeline of the Northern Border Zone System.

  • Pemex Log\u00edstica's open season will be conducted through an auction.<\/li>\n
  • To prequalify, the following documents must be submitted to Pemex Log\u00edstica: (i)<\/strong> letter expressing interest in participating in the open season in accordance with the corresponding Annex published by Pemex Log\u00edstica; (ii)<\/strong> confidentiality agreement; (iii)<\/strong> documents evidencing the legal incorporation of the interested parties; (iv)<\/strong> Federal Taxpayers Registry; and (v)<\/strong> Non-collision letter.<\/li>\n
  • Prequalified companies must submit their proposals to Pemex Log\u00edstica.<\/li>\n
  • Pemex Log\u00edstica will evaluate and, if applicable, accept the proposal.<\/li>\n
  • Those interested must submit the required guarantees no later than February 26, 2018.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The rates applicable to the open season will be those determined in accordance with the auction process mentioned in the call for bids.
