PEMEX LOGISTICS OPEN SEASON 2.1<\/strong><\/p>\n

On February 2018, Pemex Logistics (\u201cPemex<\/em> Log\u00edstica\u201d<\/em>) released a call to participate in the auction 2.1 for the awarding of capacity in the Storage and Transportation System by pipeline in the Pacific area known as Topolobambo.<\/p>\n

Steps to be followed:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Pemex Logistics open season will be carried out by means of an auction.<\/li>\n
  • To prequalify the following documents must be file with Pemex Logistic in order to participate in the open season; (i)<\/strong> a letter stating the party\u2019s interest to participate in the open season pursuant to the exhibit published by Pemex Logistics; (ii)<\/strong> confidential agreement; (iii)<\/strong> documents evidencing the legal exitance of the those who are interested; (iv)<\/strong> Tax Payers\u2019 Registry Certificate; and (v) No Collision writing.<\/li>\n
  • Prequalified companies must file their proposals to Pemex Logistics.<\/li>\n
  • Pemex Logistics will evaluate and, if any, accept the proposal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
