Recently, the head of the Ministry of Health, David Kershenobich, met with the heads of the health ministries of the 32 states of the Mexican Republic, as well as with directors of public institutions to present the work program of the Ministry of Health for the administration of President Claudia Sheinbaum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the meeting, the following points were highlighted as priorities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In connection with the above, it was also announced that the Ministry of Health will supervise the purchase of medicines and medical supplies. These purchases will be made according to the needs defined by the health institutions and will be carried out through Laboratorios de Biol\u00f3gicos y Reactivos de M\u00e9xico<\/em> (Birmex). It is expected that purchases will be made on a biannual basis through public bids.
