The Plan outlines a total investment of $624,618 million pesos from CFE, with contracting schemes open to both national and international private participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The key points of the Plan are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Electricity Generation.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Addition of 29,074 MW of electrical capacity: <\/strong>6,400 MW from the private sector and 22,674 MW from CFE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CFE investment: <\/strong>$427,624 million pesos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Progress for entry into operation:<\/strong><ul><li>4 combined cycle plants: Salamanca I, San Luis Potos\u00ed, El Sauz II, and M\u00e9rida.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>7 hydroelectric plants: La Villita, Zimap\u00e1n, Encanto, Portezuelos I, Portezuelos II, Minas, and Santa Mar\u00eda.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Investment: $37,939 million pesos.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capacity: 2,228 MW.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tendering of 7 projects in 2025: <\/strong>3,386 MW of capacity and a joint investment of $59,451 million pesos. (pending definition), with an investment of $476 million pesos and a capacity of 1,705 MVA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tendering of 9 projects in 2025<\/strong> (within the 77 new transmission projects):Capacity of 74 KM-C, 614 MVAr, and 1,705 MVA, with a joint investment of $476 million pesos, located in Jalisco, Coahuila, Sinaloa, Chihuahua, Tamaulipas, Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Baja California, and Guanajuato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Electricity Distribution.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Target for 2030:
