Basham, Ringe y Correa successfully advised Nordson Medical in connection with the sale of 100% of the shares of its Mexican subsidiary, Nordson Medical, S.A. de C.V., to Quasar Medical through Quasar America, LLC and Quasar Medical Group Holdings Pte. Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transaction included a high-level legal due diligence of the Mexican entity, the negotiation of the Stock and Asset Purchase Agreement, and the transfer of assets across multiple jurisdictions.
