Derived from the opening of fuel markets, the Energy Regulatory Commission (\u201cCRE\u201d) has announced that it is urrently preparing an open season, the purpose of which will be to allow bids on part of the fuel storage capacity used to supply different airlines in Mexico, known as jet-fuel.
\nIt is important to mention that, as of today, the company in charge of supplying this fuel, is the government body that depends from the Communications and Transportation Ministry known as Airports and Auxiliary Services (\u201cASA\u201d) that, for such purposes, has a storage infrastructure in different Mexican airports.
\nOpen season seeks promoting private investments in the storage and supply of jet-fuel.
\nThe open season is expected to occur soon, since. However, no fixed date has yet been announced.
