In scope of the informative note published by the Firm last June 12th, 2020, by means of which we informed you of the Explanatory Note to the modifications to "Mexican Official Standard NOM-051-SCFI/SSA1-202, General labelling specifications for prepackaged food and soft drinks - Commercial and sanitary information", presented by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Health for the evaluation of the National Commission for Regulatory Improvement on June 10th, 2020; hereby we would like to inform you that the Explanatory Note was published last Friday June 19th2020 in the Federal Official Gazette.
