Basham, Ringe and Correa, S.C. (Basham) acted as legal advisors to Estafeta Mexicana during the trading agreement with United Parcel Services (UPS), facilitating both companies in the logistics industry to capitalize on Mexico’s manufacturing boom and the growth of economic relations between the United States and the national market.
Through this transaction, both companies will be able to increase their ability to respond to market needs for greater integration of services to create differentiated advantages that contribute to serving a sector with sustained growth over the last five years. Subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to close by the end of 2024.
