EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL
Con 20 años de experiencia en Ciudad de México y en Nueva York.
Carlos se enfoca en arbitrajes comerciales y de inversión de alto calibre (tanto nacionales como internacionales), en disputas transfronterizas, litigio doméstico, así como en asuntos de derecho internacional.
Carlos maneja asuntos representando a empresas privadas y públicas en diversas industrias, incluyendo la de la construcción y la energética (petróleo y gas, electricidad), entretenimiento minería y metales, farmacéutica, telecomunicaciones, automotriz, entre otras, además de enfocarse en disputas relacionadas con fusiones y adquisiciones, servicios financieros y otras áreas de práctica. Su experiencia en arbitrajes bajo diversas reglas, entre ellas las de la CCI, ICDR/AAA, LCIA, PCA, CAM, CANACO y CIADI.
