Five years of experience in constitutional and administrative litigation, with specific expertise in amparo actions against general dispositions. Her profes- sional background includes handling lawsuits before the Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico.
She has actively participated in constitutional litigation, notably defending against reforms in the electric, hydrocarbon, and mining sectors. Additionally, she has successfully opposed modifications to Official Mexican Standards relevant to the food sector.
