EXPERIENCE

Attorney specialized in Social Security, Strategic Litigation, and Constitutional Law, advising national and multinational clients on the implementation of strategies before the IMSS and INFONAVIT, as well as in litigation related to annulment, amparo, and other legal remedies. Her practice also encompasses preventive consulting, due diligence, and training for legal and corporate departments.

She has experience in social security audits (on-site inspections and desk reviews) and regularly advises on premium rate adjustments, compliance invitations, tax credit challenges, and calculation of the contribution base, coordinating with internal teams to align corporate policies and mitigate legal and financial risks.

Prior to joining private practice, she served in the Poder Judicial de la Federación as a Judgment Drafter, and at the Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (Segunda Sala), gaining extensive expertise in judicial procedures, constitutional argumentation, and amparo litigation.

Her background has enabled her to develop strong communication and negotiation skills with authorities, as well as rigorous legal analysis and strategic problem-solving, consistently applying professional ethics, human rights, and gender perspective in her work.
