PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
León Jiménez has focused his professional experience on antitrust matters, advising national and international corporations from a wide range of industries, such as power generation, O&G, ports, financial, steel, automotive, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, food and beverages, luxury products, aeronautics, among others.
León has extensive experience in pre-merger proceedings, cartel investigations, compliance programs, competition audits with forensic tools and general advice on competition issues.
With regard to concentrations, León has advised several companies listed on the most important stock exchanges in the world to obtain approval for multimillion-dollar transactions of international dimension.
In the field of investigations into anti-competitive practices, León has participated in the defense of economic agents, as well as in the early detection of risks through forensic audits in various markets.
Previously, León was in charge of antitrust matters at CMS Mexico, likewise, was part of the legal teams in Mexico of important multinational companies such as Pfizer and Axa Seguros.
As a corporate lawyer, León has participated in mergers and acquisitions processes, preparation of contracts with suppliers and customers, assemblies, incorporation of companies and advice in general.

León is a member of the Mexican Bar Association.
Currently, León chairs the Youth Liaison Commission of the Mexican Bar Association.
