Juan José Cortez Hiracheta is an attorney specialized in labor litigation and advisory.
He has experience handling and defending individual labor disputes before local and federal Labor Courts, as well as before local and federal Conciliation and Arbitration Boards across various states of Mexico. He also participates in pre-litigation conciliation proceedings before the corresponding local and federal Conciliation Centers.
His practice also includes filing amparo actions before District Courts and Collegiate Circuit Courts.
Additionally, he advises companies on the development and implementation of labor relations management procedures, as well as on matters related to the hiring and termination of employees.
