On April 19, 2023, it was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation the "AGREEMENT suspending the terms and deadlines of the procedures carried out in the National Water Commission (the "CONAGUA"), due to force majeure caused by the computer security incident that occurred on April 13, 2023".
Suspension of deadlines and terms shall cover the days April 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, 2023.
This is a consequence of the disruption of CONAGUA's computer systems on April 13, 2023, since it is necessary to isolate the networks and servers of the computer systems in order to reestablish computer operations.
Exempted from the above, only as of April 13, 2023, are the contracting procedures related to Procurement, Leasing and Services, and Public Works and Related Services, as well as the formalization of the corresponding legal instruments.
