Ana Paola Guevara Martínez is an attorney graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), with specialized experience in individual labor law, particularly in the representation and defense of employers before both local and federal labor authorities..
With over seven years of experience in labor litigation, she has represented various employers in proceedings under both the traditional labor justice system and the new procedural model, litigating throughout the Mexican Republic. She has handled individual labor disputes at all stages, from the pre-litigation phase through final resolution, including non-contentious proceedings under the jurisdiction of the labor board, appeals, and Federal Constitutional Appeals.
Throughout her career, she has developed legal defense strategies and labor advisory services focused on preventing, managing, and resolving labor contingencies, while adapting to the specific legal and procedural frameworks of each Mexican jurisdiction.
