Attorney at law with experience in both tax consultancy and litigation obtained in important and recognized Law Firms, as well in the advisory of highly sensitive strategic administrative matters, such as: money laundering prevention, anti-corruption, tax and personal data protection, among others, and in the creation, development and implementation of Compliance programs in these areas.

Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Panamericana, Campus Mixcoac, Mexico City.
Degree obtained through the dissertation of the thesis titled “The Limitation regarding Personal Deductions for People with Special Needs and/or Legal Disabilities in terms of the Mexican Income Tax Law and other Applicable Provisions: A Proposal of a Legal Transplant in light of the Spanish Tax Treatment Experience”.
