PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

She has over fifteen years of professional experience primarily in the areas of constitutional and international law, privacy and personal data protection, labor litigation, as well as international political analysis. She has extensive experience in planning and designing the implementation of regulations applicable to various sectors in the field of personal data protection. Her main activities include process identification, drafting policies and various provisions on privacy, security measures, and preparing queries and documents for the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Data Protection. She has also worked as a consultant in the field of personal data protection rights and has coordinated work related to personal data committees. Additionally, she has dedicated his professional practice to coordinating and conducting analyses on strategic topics of the international legislative agenda and monitoring key international bodies and organizations.

She participated in the international competition Víctor Carlos García Moreno [2003].
