He is well known for his expertise in white collar crime and has provided legal counseling to various leading global and Mexican corporations and institutions.

EDUCATION:
In 1994, he graduated from the Universidad Nuevo Mundo in Mexico City. In 2003, he obtained a postgraduate degree at the Universidad Panamericana in criminal and civil law, legal procedures, and the law applicable to amparo actions.
He has a recognition for "Spanish Trial Skills 2009" from the Institute for Criminal Defense Advocacy by the California Western School of Law.
He obtained a certification in oral litigation from the Instituto Mexicano del Juicio Oral, Consultoría y Capacitación S.C.
