EXPERIENCE
With more than five years of experience in intellectual property, he has worked in various areas of the field, developing and implementing preventive, negotiation, defence, and litigation strategies of intellectual property rights.
In particular, he has experience in implementing and executing strategies to combat piracy, through both proceedings brought before the Mexican Patent and Trademark Office (MPTO) and the Attorney General's Office (AGO), in coordination with the Mexican Customs Agency (MCA).
He currently collaborates with the firm as a member of the intellectual property consulting team on trademarks and copyrights.
