Experience in designing corporate strategies regarding labor and employment matters, employment terminations, compliance, preventive advice, hiring, inspections, audits, review of individual labor relations, disciplinary measures, labor discrimination, gender perspective, change of working conditions, work investigations, internal policies, internal work regulations, subcontracting schemes, telework, inclusion and diversity, among others.
She has experience in serving national and international clients, providing professional advice in Spanish and English.
She has specialized in designing compliance strategies in the application of technology in the workplace, increasing diversity and inclusion in the workplace (including people with disabilities, indigenous peoples and communities, and the LGBTIQ+ community), and implementation of gender perspective in Mexico.
