PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
With 7 years of experience in the Intellectual and Industrial Property area, he has developed his practice in consulting, defense and protection of intellectual and industrial property rights.
His professional career began at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, where he oversaw the processing and resolution of several non-use cancellation and nullity proceedings against trademark registrations, as well as the issuance of numerous substantive resolutions. Subsequently, he continued his profession- al career in several firms specialized in the field, where he deepened his knowl- edge in administrative litigation before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, Federal Court of Administrative Justice, District Courts, and Collegiate Circuit Courts.
