Assistance to clients in the preparation, filing and prosecution of patent applications; preparation of technical opinions regarding patentability, patent validity ("Validity Patents"), questionnaires and various opinions in patent litigation, including ("Freedom to Sell/Operate"), from a technical point of view.
He has been a speaker in several forums related to patents in Mexico and has published several articles with ("Managing Intellectual Property") and in Mexican associations such as (the Mexican Association for the Protection of Industrial Property ("AMPPI"), Mexican Chapter of AIPPI".

Graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 1992.
Postgraduate degree from Universidad Panamericana in Intellectual Property in 2002.
