He has been involved in the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of financing transactions, including syndicated loans, project financing, and debt restructuring processes. He has advised both financial institutions and domestic and international corporations. Furthermore, he has participated in legal audits and the analysis of complex corporate and contractual structures.
