Professor of intellectual property in the master's degree in business law and in the specialty in industrial and intellectual property law, Universidad Panamericana; in the master's degree in corporate law, Universidad Anáhuac and in other academic institutions in Mexico and abroad. He is a member of the faculty of foreign professors at Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Tutor of the WIPO Academy in the advanced course on trademarks, industrial designs and geographical indications.

Member of the International Academic Council of the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid, Spain, where he taught the master's degree in industrial and intellectual property, competition and new technologies.

Member of the qualifying jury for the thesis contest on copyright, INDAUTOR.

Member of the qualifying jury for the thesis contest of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI).
