Associate of the Firm in the Corporate Law Area in the Mexico City office. Her practice has been developed in the areas of Corporate, Contracts, Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Investment and Real Estate, mainly in national and international transactions, including incorporation and organization of entities, contracts, reorganization and restructuring of companies, legal audits, among other corporate matters.
He is also a professor of Ethics and Legal Deontology at the Universidad Iberoamericana.
