PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
He focuses his practice in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, transactional, compliance, foreign investment with extensive experience advising domestic and foreign companies doing business in Mexico.
Mr. Nosti is actively collaborating with the World Bank on the Doing Business "Going Beyond Efficiency" publication on "Starting Business and Registering Property" in Mexico, as well as with the World Justice Project (WJP) Rule of Law Index project.
From 2015 to 2019 (discontinued), Mr. Nosti collaborated with Thomson Reuters (West Publishing) on the publication of "International Public Procurement."
ASSOCIATE
Mr. Nosti is a member of the Mexican Bar Association and the International Chamber of Commerce Mexico (ICC).
EDUCATION
Mr. Nosti holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Economics from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and a Master's degree in Corporate Law from Universidad Panamericana.
