Associate Attorney in the Labor & Employment. Five years’ experience in Labor Litigation, specific experience in labor lawsuits before the Federal and Local Labor Board in Mexico City and the Mexican Republic. Resolve all sort of consults regarding Mexican Labor Law, participation in labor due diligences, elaboration and establishment of labor relationships management procedures, including the hiring process, discipline measures, labor condition and labor relationship termination.
