PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Peredo has extensive experience advising national and international clients in all branches of Economic Competition Law, including notification of concentrations to the Federal Economic Competition Commission, investigations for absolute and relative monopolistic practices, immunity programs, compliance programs. to the Law and advice in general.
MEMBER OF ASSOCIATIONS
Among other associations, he is a member of the Antitrust Committee of the International Bar Association and of the American Bar Association.
RECOGNITIONS
From 2009 to date, Mr. Peredo has been recognized by publications such as “Chambers & Partners”,” Global Competition Review”, "The Legal 500" and “Who s Who Legal” as one of the best antitrust lawyers in Mexico.
PUBLICATIONS
In 2004 published one of the few books on Mexican antitrust law called (in English) “Economic Competition: Theory and Practice” which is used as a text in many Mexican universities.
ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE
He has been a lecturer in antitrust law at two of Mexico's best-known universities.
