PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Lawyer with extensive experience in labor matters, including due diligence processes, review of individual and collective labor relations, elaboration and establishment of procedures for the administration of labor relations in general, including hiring, disciplinary measures, labor discrimination, change of working conditions and profit sharing. Preparation of severance calculations, terminations, internal work regulations, obtaining the Registry for Specialized Service Providers (REPSE) and support in labor inspections, among others.
In addition, she has experience in advising on collective matters, such as negotiations with labor unions, drafting and filing collective bargaining agreements and handling strike procedures.
RECOGNITIONS
Recipient of the Harvey Basham Award for participation in addressing pro-bono issues in 2021.

EDUCATION
Graduated in 2022 from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Law School, Mexico City, Mexico. Obtained the Ceneval Award for Excellence Performance EGEL.
