EXPERIENCE
Her practice focuses on banking and finance law, with particular emphasis on corporate finance, debt structuring and restructuring, security interests, FinTech transactions, and financial regulation.
She advises domestic and international financial institutions, investment funds, and companies on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of bilateral and syndicated financing transactions, including secured and unsecured facilities, refinancings, and debt restructurings. She also has experience in the creation, perfection, and enforcement of security interests, as well as in analyzing Mexican guarantees and collateral arrangements related to transactions and documents governed by foreign law.
Her practice also includes advising on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, the incorporation of companies, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
Before joining the firm, she worked at a boutique law firm specializing in corporate law, where she advised domestic and international companies on corporate, contractual, and transactional matters.
