He has developed his practice for more than 16 years, focusing on domestic and international transactions, including structuring and restructuring of loans, securitizations, factoring, leasing, financing, creation of real and personal guarantees; as well as capital markets, financial technology (fintech) mergers and acquisitions, incorporation and organization of entities, and other financial and corporate transactions.
Author of several publications on financial and labor issues.
