PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
He specializes in tax litigation and tax consulting. Associate of the Firm since 2013, where he develops his professional practice as an advisor in tax audits, tax defense strategies at federal and state level, and advised clients in national and international transactions.
ASSOCIATIONS
He is an active member of ANADE, Bar Association, where he currently holds the position of Vice-Coordinator of the Tax Law Committee (2017-2018 biennium). During the 2015-2016 biennium he served as Vice Coordinator of the Young Lawyers Committee of the same Bar Association.
EDUCATION
He holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (TEC de Monterrey), Mexico City Campus, and has postgraduate studies in Tax Law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
He has completed several Law Diplomas and Seminars, and a Fundamentals of Management Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management (Thunderbird).
