He is a Partner of Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C. since 2006 based in the Firm ́s Mexico City office. He is an active member of the Executive Committee. He is well known for his expertise in white collar crime and has provided legal counseling to various leading global and Mexican corporations and institutions.

EDUCATION:
In 1994, he graduated from the Universidad Nuevo Mundo in Mexico City. In 2003, he obtained a postgraduate degree at the Universidad Panamericana in criminal and civil law, legal procedures, and the law applicable to amparo actions.
He has a recognition for "Spanish Trial Skills 2009" from the Institute for Criminal Defense Advocacy by the California Western School of Law.
He obtained a certification in oral litigation from the Instituto Mexicano del Juicio Oral, Consultoría y Capacitación S.C.
