EXPERIENCE
Cecilia Ochoa focuses her practice on corporate and transactional law, advising national and international clients on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of commercial transactions. Her experience includes the drafting and review of civil and commercial contracts, as well as advising on corporate matters and participating in real estate transactions.
She also participates in various pro bono initiatives and projects.
RECENT MATTERS
- Represented a global leader in electrical and digital building infrastructures in real estate transactions valued at over one million dollars.
- Represented a global leader in the design, production, and commercialization of apparel in the closure of several production plants in Mexico.
