PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Associate, Providing labor consulting services to both local and international clients. The practice of labor audits and reviews relating to individual and collective labor relations. Developing and implementing procedures for the administration of labor relations in general, including hiring, disciplinary measures, labor discrimination, change of working conditions, profit sharing, structures for its adequate payment and specialized services contracting schemes, as well as the execution of termination of employment contracts of all types of workers. Defense of individual conflicts before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, Local and Federal Conciliation Centers. Strategy in collective matters due to strike summons, for the signing of Collective Bargaining Agreements.
