Attorney with extensive experience in labor matters, both individual and collective, drafting and establishing procedures for the administration of labor relations in general, including hiring, disciplinary measures, employment discrimination, change of working conditions, profit shares. Elaboration of severance calculations, employment terminations, internal labor regulations. Defense of individual conflicts before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards and Labor Courts throughout the Mexican Republic, promotion of amparo proceedings before District Courts and Collegiate Circuit Courts.
