Enrique Mata Muñoz is an associate in the Labor Litigation and Advisory practice in the Querétaro office since 2025.
He has extensive experience advising companies on complex employment terminations, providing specialized assistance in pre-litigation conciliation proceedings, labor contingency prevention, and representing clients in litigation under the new labor justice system.
He is also involved in the management of both individual and collective labor matters.
Additionally, he has experience handling immigration matters and assisting companies with the regularization processes required for the hiring of foreign personnel.
Previously, he worked as an associate at a law firm in the labor practice, focusing on litigation and advisory services for national and multinational companies, particularly in the industrial, telecommunications, and aeronautical sectors.
