He has been a member of Basham since 2001, his professional practice has been developed in the practices of Corporate and Financial Law, Contracts and Mergers and Acquisitions.
He has participated in legal audit processes for the acquisition of companies and detection of legal problems, coordination of teams from different areas to detect contingencies, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization and liquidations, he has also participated as coordinator, as Project Manager of various operations for foreign firms such as Eversheds, as well as in the preparation of contracts for the sale of shares and assets, and their negotiation, strategies for the start of business in Mexico of national and foreign companies, including the preparation of the necessary documentation, negotiation and preparation of contracts of joint venture and real estate advice, among other things.

Member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
He has developed several publications related to Corporate Governance, Corporate Law and Shareholder Law and mergers, and Acquisitions for Chamber, European Lawyer and Thompson Reuters.
EDUCATION
Graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 2004. He has a specialty and master's. studies in Business Law from Universidad Anáhuac Norte.
