Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C. (December 2024 - Present). Counsel in the Corporate, Transactional and Real Estate practices.
Drafting and negotiation of commercial and civil contracts, among other types of corporate documents. Elaboration of legal audit (due diligence) of the corporate, real estate and contractual areas, as well as coordination with different legal areas required for the transaction. Assistance to senior associates and partners of the transactional practice group in mergers & acquisitions and real estate transactions, among others.

Intern of the Labor, Social Security and Immigration practices, and of the Corporate, Transactional and Real Estate practices (December 2022-December 2024).
