EXPERIENCE
María specializes in trademark counseling for both domestic and international clients. She has extensive experience in the management and maintenance of trademark portfolios, as well as in developing protection strategies and negotiating and drafting intellectual property agreements. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a leading intellectual property law firm in Mexico City.
Participated in the WIPO–University of Geneva Summer School on Intellectual Property 2026. The program provided in-depth training on strategic and legal aspects of the protection, management, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, as well as international trends and key challenges faced by rights holders in global markets.
