PRACTICE AREAS

Specialized in intellectual property counseling and litigation. He has assessed industry leaders in obtaining and expanding their trademark portfolios in Mexico. He plans and executes litigation strategies, leading the firm’s practice in border enforcement to stop infringing and counterfeit products. Orlando has vast experience in online enforcement and domain name disputes.

His practice has recently focused on assisting technology startups and entrepreneurs.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Early in his career, he earned experience in civil and commercial litigation, later holding a management position at a Mexican arbitration center.

He was the first lawyer to collaborate as an associate at the Austin Technology Incubator based in Austin, Texas, where he assisted member companies in specialized projects.

He has been part of Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C. since 2018.
