Associate of the Firm practicing in the Corporate, Financial and Banking areas in the Mexico City office.
His professional practice has been developed in national and international operations that include the structuring and restructuring of credits, financing, constitution of real and personal guarantees, financial technology institutions (Fintech), as well as in the incorporation, organization and restructuring of companies, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and financial operations.
Co-author of the "Guide to Private Equity 2022" by Chambers and Partners Global Practice Guides.

- Graduated with a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2020.
- Diploma in Business Law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
