His professional practice has been developed in national and international operations that include the structuring and restructuring of credits, financing, constitution of real and personal guarantees, financial technology institutions (Fintech), as well as in the incorporation, organization and restructuring of companies, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and financial operations.
